PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-110 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING TRACT 5808, APPLICATION OF DIAMOND <br />PROPERTIES <br />WHEREAS, Diamond Properties ha:; applied to subdivide an <br />approximately 7.9 acre site into 25 parcels for single <br />family residential use located generally in the area <br />immediately north of Mission Hills Park; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 14, <br />1987, the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed tentative map is in conformance with the <br />approved PUD zoning and development plan for the site; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed tentative map conforms to the General Plan <br />of the City of Pleasanton; and <br />WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was adopted for the PUD zoning <br />and development plan ~ipproval for the subject property. <br />The tentative map is in conformance with the conditions <br />of that development plan and subdivision of the property <br />was included within tkte scope of that Negative <br />Declaration. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves Tract 5808, application to subdivide an <br />approximately 7.9 acre site into 25 parcels for single <br />family residential use, located generally in the area <br />immediately north of Mission Hills Park subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the development shall be substantially as <br />shown on Tentative Map Tract 5808 on file with the <br />Planning Department. <br />2. That proposed street names for the project shall be <br />submitted to the Planning Department for review and <br />approval prior to recordation of the final map. <br />3. That approval of this case is subject to all <br />relevant conditions of PUD-87-17. <br />-• 1 - <br />
