PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-110 RESOLUTION APPROVING TRACT 5808, APPLICATION OF DIAMOND PROPERTIES WHEREAS, Diamond Properties ha:; applied to subdivide an approximately 7.9 acre site into 25 parcels for single family residential use located generally in the area immediately north of Mission Hills Park; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Medium Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 14, 1987, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, the proposed tentative map is in conformance with the approved PUD zoning and development plan for the site; and WHEREAS, the proposed tentative map conforms to the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton; and WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was adopted for the PUD zoning and development plan ~ipproval for the subject property. The tentative map is in conformance with the conditions of that development plan and subdivision of the property was included within tkte scope of that Negative Declaration. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves Tract 5808, application to subdivide an approximately 7.9 acre site into 25 parcels for single family residential use, located generally in the area immediately north of Mission Hills Park subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development shall be substantially as shown on Tentative Map Tract 5808 on file with the Planning Department. 2. That proposed street names for the project shall be submitted to the Planning Department for review and approval prior to recordation of the final map. 3. That approval of this case is subject to all relevant conditions of PUD-87-17. -• 1 -
