Resolution No. PC-87-125 <br />11/24/87 <br />development plan deemed significant by the Planning <br />Director shall render this approval. null and void. <br />3. That the final map shall incorporate modifications <br />as necessary to meet all relevant conditions of the <br />final PUD development Plan (Ordinance No. 1347). <br />4. That the subject site shall be subject to all <br />conditions of approval of the final PUD development <br />plan (Ordinance No. 1347). <br />5. This project shall be subject to all the conditions <br />contained in the memorandum from the City Engineer <br />dated November 24, 1987. <br />Section 2.
