V <br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-125 <br />RESOLUTIONAPPROVING TRACT 5848; CURRIN AND TIMM <br />WHEREAS, Currin and°Timm Construction have applied to subdivide <br />an approximately 52.3 acre site into 130 units for <br />residential purposes and 6 parcels under common <br />ownership located on Foothill Road approximately <br />one-half mile south of the intersection with Bernal <br />Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Low Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 24, <br />1987, the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the proposed tentative map <br />to be in conformance with the final development plan and <br />the goals and objectives of the General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the project has received growth management approval; and <br />WHEREAS, an EIR was prepared for the preliminary development plan <br />for the project, and subdivision was considered within <br />the scope of that EIR. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves Tract 5848, application of Bill Currin and <br />M. Timm Ventures, Inc, to subdivide approximately 52.3 <br />acres of the 316 acre Golden Eagle Farms project into a <br />15 custom lots subdivision (easterly of Foothill Road); <br />a "golf villa" project containing 115 4,500 to 7,000 sq. <br />ft. single-family lots and one "common area" lot; four <br />"common area" lots for the entire project; and one lot <br />for dedication to Zone 7 for flood control purposes <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />Tentative Map Tract 5848 on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br />2. That this approval shall not become effective until <br />the effective date of the ordinance approving the <br />final development plan for this project <br />(PUD-85-15-1d); any modification to the final <br />- 1 - <br />
