Section 2. The Planning Commission hereby approves <br />the "Preliminary Pian for the Downtown Redevelopment <br />Project" (the "Preliminary Plan") in the form attached <br />hereto as Exhibit C and incorporated by reference herein. <br />Section 3. The Chairman of the Planning Commission is <br />hereby authorized and directed to submit the Preliminary <br />Plan to the Pleasanton Community Development Agency for the <br />preparation of an official redevelopment plan for the <br />proposed project. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of November, 1987 by <br />the following vote: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />Chairman <br />ATTEST: <br />Secretary <br />-2- <br />
