Resolution No. PC-87-129 <br />December 9, 1987 <br />Dublin Canyon Road, September 1987" subsequent to the <br />completion of this plan and approval by the City Engineer. <br />The required improvements shall include; but are not limited <br />to grading; paving; median islands where required for <br />safety; existing culvert extensions; relocation or <br />reconstruction of existing roadside drainage swales where <br />required; coordination with and protection of existing <br />utility systems; water mains; fire hydrants where required; <br />sewer mains; repaving existing driveway conforms; relocation <br />or undergrounding of existing utility poles where required <br />for safety; and traffic lighting, signing, and striping <br />where required for safety. <br />41. The alignment of the interim improvements for Dublin Canyon <br />Road shall be shifted to the north to the greatest extent <br />possible to avoid or minimizes cutting into the toe of <br />existing slope banks. Cuts into the toe of these slope <br />banks shall not be approved unless the slope stability of <br />the banks can be clearly shown. <br />42. The full 52' roadway section of Dublin Canyon Road shall be <br />extended to the west property line of the development. The <br />transition from the existing roadway widths to the proposed <br />roadway width shall be done by striping within this area. <br />43. The applicant shall provide standard, City, survey monuments <br />which define the street centerline and right-of-way for <br />Dublin Canyon Road from an approved existing monument system <br />(near Farmers Insurance Group development) to and across the <br />frontage of this development. This work shall be completed <br />to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br />44. The streets within this development, including the main <br />entrance drive, shall be private, be maintained by the <br />property owners' association and shall be constructed to <br />City standards and specifications. <br />45. The street lights serving this development shall be <br />installed to City standards but shall be privately owned and <br />maintained by the property owners' association. <br />46. Vertical curbs shall be required on the private streets <br />except at unit frontages and parking tiers. <br />47. The emergency access road shall be designed and installed to <br />the satisfaction of the City Engineer and the Fire Chief. <br />48. Access easements for emergency access roads shall be <br />obtained and submitted to the City engineer prior to <br />recordation of a final map for this development. <br />49. The Dublin Creek area shall be cleared of any debris or <br />litter prior to final approval of this development. <br />50. A supplemental Heritage Tree report and plan shall be <br />submitted to the City at the time of or prior to the <br />- 9 - <br />
