Resolution No. PC-87-38 <br />April 8, 1987 <br />4. That all appropriate construction methods be <br />utilized in order to attain an interior noise level <br />at or below 45 dBA Ldn. <br />5. "That the following noise mitigation measures <br />should be included in the project: <br />1. A 6' solid plexiglas fence should be <br />constructed on the southern perimeter of the <br />lower recreation area and on the northern <br />perimeter of the upper recreation area. <br />2. Windows and sliding glass doors in units <br />located within zones 1 and 3 on the noise <br />diagram will require Sound Transmission Class <br />(STC) ratings up to 36. Windows in these <br />units will need to be closed and mechanical, <br />sound rated ventilation systems will need to <br />be installed in order to meet City noise <br />standards." <br />6. That the design of the pool equipment room and <br />cabana be revised to include the roofs and high <br />windows, similar to the other structures on the <br />site. <br />7. That the maintenance building be screened on the <br />north side by trees sufficient in size to screen <br />views from I-580. <br />8. That the design of the cabana area be revised to <br />include a small lawn area for use as a tot lot. <br />9. That the final landscape plan be submitted for <br />review and approval by the Planning Director prior <br />to approval of the tentative map. <br />10. That the design and configuration of the private <br />entrance drive be reviewed and approved by the <br />Planning Director and City Engineer prior to <br />approval of the tentative map. <br />11. That no approval regarding utility systems shall be <br />given or inferred until proper plans are submitted <br />to and reviewed by Engineering Services. <br />12. That the interior private drives shall be designed <br />to provide minimum inside curb radii sufficient to <br />enable fire truck turning as established by the <br />Fire Marshal and the City Engineer. <br />13. That all improvements within and adjacent to both <br />branches of Dublin Creek be reviewed and approved <br />by Zone 7 and the California Department of Fish and <br />Game prior to the approval of the tentative map. <br />- 2 - <br />
