Resolution No. PC-87-38 April 8, 1987 4. That all appropriate construction methods be utilized in order to attain an interior noise level at or below 45 dBA Ldn. 5. "That the following noise mitigation measures should be included in the project: 1. A 6' solid plexiglas fence should be constructed on the southern perimeter of the lower recreation area and on the northern perimeter of the upper recreation area. 2. Windows and sliding glass doors in units located within zones 1 and 3 on the noise diagram will require Sound Transmission Class (STC) ratings up to 36. Windows in these units will need to be closed and mechanical, sound rated ventilation systems will need to be installed in order to meet City noise standards." 6. That the design of the pool equipment room and cabana be revised to include the roofs and high windows, similar to the other structures on the site. 7. That the maintenance building be screened on the north side by trees sufficient in size to screen views from I-580. 8. That the design of the cabana area be revised to include a small lawn area for use as a tot lot. 9. That the final landscape plan be submitted for review and approval by the Planning Director prior to approval of the tentative map. 10. That the design and configuration of the private entrance drive be reviewed and approved by the Planning Director and City Engineer prior to approval of the tentative map. 11. That no approval regarding utility systems shall be given or inferred until proper plans are submitted to and reviewed by Engineering Services. 12. That the interior private drives shall be designed to provide minimum inside curb radii sufficient to enable fire truck turning as established by the Fire Marshal and the City Engineer. 13. That all improvements within and adjacent to both branches of Dublin Creek be reviewed and approved by Zone 7 and the California Department of Fish and Game prior to the approval of the tentative map. - 2 -
