Resolution No. PC-87-38 <br />April 8, 1987 <br />14. That Dublin Creek and adjoining setbacks be part of <br />the common open space with access easements <br />provided to Zone 7. <br />15. That pedestrian and bicycle facilities and street <br />lighting, satisfactory to the City Engineer, shall <br />be provided along the Dublin Canyon Road from <br />Farmers Insurance to the western edge of the <br />subject property. <br />16. That the applicant work with Caltrans to obtain an <br />encroachment permit for grading within the I-580 <br />right-of-way in lieu of the use of retaining walls, <br />and to restore the original 43 parking spaces on <br />the northern boundary, if possible. <br />17. That the applicant shall landscape the Caltrans <br />right-of-way along its northern boundary. This <br />area shall be maintained by the applicant unless <br />otherwise determined by Caltrans. A final <br />landscape plan for the subject site and the <br />Caltrans right-of-way shall be submitted to the <br />Planning Director for approval prior to issuance of <br />a building permit. <br />- 3 - <br />
