PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-38 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PUD-87-4, <br />APPLICATION OF FERRERI AND MATTESON INVESTMENT COMPANY <br />WHEREAS, Ferreri and Matteson Investment Company have applied for <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD) approval for a 264 unit <br />condominium project to be located on a 23.65 acre site <br />north of Dublin Canyon Road; and <br />WHEREAS, prezoning for the property is PUD HDR (Planned Unit <br />Development High Density Residential); and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 8, 1987 <br />the Planning Commission recommended approval of the <br />negative declaration prepared for this case after <br />considering all public testimony, relevant exhibits and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this <br />proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds this PUD proposal conforms <br />to the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton, and the <br />purposes of the PUD ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the application of Ferreri and <br />Matteson Investment Company for Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) approval for a 264 unit condominium project to be <br />located on a 23.65 acre site north of Dublin Canyon Road <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development shall be substantially as <br />shown on the plans, Exhibit A, on file with the <br />Planning Department except as modified in any of <br />the following conditions. <br />la. That except as shown on Exhibit A, all uses <br />and site standards for the project shall be <br />those of the RM-4,000 zoning district. <br />2. That the applicant be required to install automatic <br />door openers and roll up type garage doors. <br />3. That red curbs or "No Parking" signs, as required <br />by state law to enable enforcement, be installed <br />along all curbs along interior access roads in <br />order to maintain clear fire lanes at all times. <br />- 1 - <br />
