That the final design of all on-site signage shall <br />be submitted for review and approval by the <br />Planning Director prior to issuance of any building <br />permits and shall adhere to the following criteria: <br />CABINET SIGNS <br />- Internally illuminated metal cabinet sign with <br />translucent sign panel <br />- Cabinet length 8' and 12', width 1'6" <br />- Mounted within portal opening (centered) in <br />front of referenced storefront entrance <br />- Copy style per tenant desires <br />- Copy limited to tenant name and generic <br />business name only <br />- All letter copy and sign panel background <br />limited to two colors for entire complex <br />- Final color scheme to be approved by Planning <br />Director <br />FREESTANDING BUILDING SIGNS <br />- Individual, internally illuminated letters <br />applied to stucco eave fascia <br />- Letter height limited to 18" maximum <br />- Copy limited to tenant name and generic <br />business name only <br />- Signage allowed on west and north elevations <br />of Pad 1 and north and west elevations of Pad <br />2 <br />- Final color scheme and brightness calculations <br />to be approved by Planning Director <br />- 3 - <br />
