Resolution No. PC-87-03 <br />January 14, 1987 <br />Planning Commission <br />MAJOR TENANT BUILDING SIGNS <br />- Individual, internally illuminated letters <br />applied to eave fascia above entrance (west <br />elevation) <br />- Letter height limited to 2'6" maximum <br />- Copy limited to tenant name and generic <br />business name only <br />- Final color scheme to be approved by Planning <br />Director <br />FREESTANDING MONUMENT SIGNS <br />- Two monument signs (Santa Rita Road, West Las <br />Positas Boulevard frontages) of plaster design <br />- Design to be approved by Planning Director and <br />shall identify the shopping center only. <br />- Copy limited to "Santa Rita Square" only in <br />maximum 12" tall applied non-illuminated <br />letters <br />- Illumination to be direct ground mount type <br />- Final color scheme and design to be approved <br />by the Planning Director <br />19. That an all weather through accessway shall be <br />maintained from West Las Positas Boulevard to the <br />Meadow Plaza complex throughout the construction <br />phase of the project. <br />20. Future Exxon station can have access from the West <br />Las Positas driveway entrance to the commercial <br />complex to the commercial complex to the station <br />site. <br />21.
