Resolution No. PC-87-03 <br />January 14, 1987 <br />Planning Commission <br />4. That a 6' high automatically closing wrought iron <br />gate and fence be installed at each end of the <br />alleyway, the final design to be reviewed and <br />approved by the Planning Director prior to issuance <br />of any building permits. <br />5. That the setback between the covered walkways of <br />the freestanding buildings (Pad 1 and 2) and the <br />face of curb at the adjacent driveways be a minimum <br />of 6'. <br />6. That the applicant shall be responsible for the <br />installation, irrigation and maintenance of all <br />landscaping along the Santa Rita Road and West Las <br />Positas Boulevard frontages. <br />7. That the landscape plan be revised to include a <br />combination of shrubs and ground cover that are <br />shade tolerant in the alleyway between the large <br />building and the Meadow Plaza structure. <br />8. That the final design of all trash enclosures be <br />submitted for review by the Planning Director prior <br />to issuance of any building permits. <br />9. That the minimum radii for all on-site drive curbs <br />shall meet the requirements of the Fire Marshal and <br />the City Engineer. <br />10. That there shall be no liquor stores, fast food <br />restaurants, electronic game arcades, convenience <br />food stores or any all night businesses allowed in <br />the shopping center. <br />11. That there shall be no truck deliveries, parking <br />lot sweeping or garbage pick up to the rear of the <br />major tenant/retail shop building between the hours <br />of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. <br />12. That the permitted and conditionally permitted uses <br />for the complex shall be as shown on Exhibit B. <br />13. That a detailed parking lot and building lighting <br />plan shall be submitted for review by the Planning <br />Director prior to issuance of any building permits; <br />rear building lights shall be directed away from <br />surrounding properties, especially the residences <br />to the east. <br />14. That the applicant shall relocate the existing bus <br />turn-out to a location acceptable to the City <br />Engineer. <br />15. That the applicant work with the Planning Director <br />in the final design of the bus stop facility. The <br />applicant shall be responsible for the installation <br />- 2 - <br />
