PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-87-03 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-86-18, <br />OAKRIDGE PROPERTIES/VALLEY MEDICAL ASSOCIATES <br />WHEREAS, Oakridge Properties/Valley Medical Associates has <br />applied for development plan approval to construct an <br />approximately 48,092 sq. ft. retail commercial center to <br />be located on an approximately 3.8 acre site, located at <br />the southeast corner of the intersection of West Las <br />Positas Boulevard and Santa Rita Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Commercial District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 14, 1987, the Planning <br />Commission approved a proposed negative declaration for <br />Case PUD-86-18 after considering all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, this application conforms to the General Plan of the <br />City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Recommends approval of Case PUD-86-18, application <br />of Oakridge Properties/Valley Medical Associates for <br />development plan approval to construct an approximately <br />48,092 sq. ft. retail commercial center to be located on <br />an approximately 3.8 acre site, located at the southeast <br />corner of the intersection of West Las Positas Boulevard <br />and Santa Rita Road subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />the site plan, building elevations, sign design and <br />landscape plan, Exhibit A, on file with the <br />Planning Department except as modified herein. <br />2. That the final design of the major tenant building <br />storefront be submitted for review by the Planning <br />Director prior to the issuance of any building <br />permits. <br />That the eastern elevation of the major <br />tenant/retail shop building be revised to include <br />additional architectural features (pilasters, <br />projections). Said design shall be submitted for <br />review by the Planning Director prior to issuance <br />of any building permits. <br />- 1 - <br />
