Resolution No. PC-87-21 <br />March 11, 1987 <br />MAJOR TENANT BUILDING SIGNS <br />- Individual, internally illuminated letters applied <br />to eave fascia above entrance (west elevation) only <br />(unless major tenant occupies corner tenant space) <br />- Letter height limited to 2 ft. 6 in. maximum <br />- Copy limited to tenant name only <br />- Final color scheme to be approved by Planning <br />Director. <br />FREESTANDING MONUMENT SIGNS <br />- Two monument signs (Santa Rita Road, West Las <br />Positas Boulevard frontages) of plaster design <br />- Maximum height, 8 ft. 0 in., width 6 ft. 0 in. <br />- Copy limited to "Santa Rita Square" only in maximum <br />12" tall applied non-illuminated letters <br />- Illumination to be direct ground mount type <br />- Final color scheme and design to be approved by the <br />Planning Director. <br />16. That the undeveloped portions of the site (Pad 1, Pad 2, <br />Shop A/C/Major Tenant) shall be planted with seed and <br />kept in a neat and weed free state at all times. <br />17. That an all weather through accessway shall be <br />maintained from West Las Positas Boulevard to the Meadow <br />Plaza complex throughout the construction phase(s) of <br />the project. <br />18. That the developer shall be responsible for any and all <br />costs required to effect the proposed relocation of the <br />bus turnout, bus shelter, and driveway. <br />19. That the developer shall resolve any and all utility <br />conflicts, to the satisfaction of the City Engineer <br />which may arise from the proposed relocation of the bus <br />turnout, bus shelter, and driveway. <br />- 4 - <br />
