Resolution No. PC-87-21 <br />March 11, 1987 <br />20. That the developer shall submit a site development plan <br />to Engineering Services for review and approval prior to <br />the issuance of any building permit or tree removal. <br />Specific items to be reviewed include the following: <br />a. All existing and proposed utility tie-ins to the <br />development and existing and proposed utilities in <br />the area of the proposed bus turnout and shelter. <br />b. All existing or proposed on-site public utilities. <br />c. Any development features (including trees) which <br />are to be placed on or adjacent to the existing <br />public storm drain system along the east property <br />line of the development or along any public <br />sidewalk. <br />21. That the developer shall reconstruct the median island <br />in West Las Positas Boulevard, at his cost, to install a <br />left turn stacking lane from West Las Positas Boulevard <br />(westbound) into the site if required to do so by the <br />City Engineer at the time of final design and review of <br />the site development plan. <br />22. That in the event a major tenant is not secured to <br />occupy building A/C then the applicant would be required <br />to submit detailed revised plans for review by the <br />Planning Director with notice of the adjacent properties <br />owners. <br />23. That this development shall be subject to all Standard <br />Conditions of Development attached hereto and made part <br />of this case except for Numbers 12, 13, 14, 29, 3 „ 46, <br />49 and 54. <br />Section 2.
