Resolution No. PC-87-21 <br />March 11, 1987 <br />15. That the final design of all on-site signage (including <br />changes of sign faces) shall be submitted for review and <br />approval by the Planning Director prior to installation <br />and shall adhere to the following criteria: <br />CABINET SIGNS <br />- Internally illuminated metal cabinet sign with <br />translucent sign panel <br />- Cabinet length 8 ft. and 12 ft., width 2 ft. 0 in. <br />- Cabinets to be mounted within recessed eave area <br />in front of the referenced storefront entrance <br />(maximum one per tenant unless corner tenant space) <br />- Copy style per individual tenant style <br />- Copy limited to tenant name and/or generic business <br />name only <br />- All letter copy, sign panel background and cabinets <br />limited to two colors for entire complex (final <br />colors to be approved by Planning Director) <br />- No signage allowed on the eastern building <br />elevation of the Shop B or Shop A/C building. <br />- Final color scheme to be approved by Planning <br />Director <br />- 3 - <br />
