Resolution No. PC-87-21 <br />March 11, 1987 <br />the final design to be reviewed and approved by the <br />Planning Director prior to issuance of any building <br />permits. <br />4. That the applicant shall be responsible for the <br />installation, irrigation and maintenance of all <br />landscaping along the Santa Rita Road and West Las <br />Positas Boulevard frontages. <br />5. That the final design of all trash enclosures be <br />submitted for review by the Planning Director prior to <br />issuance of any building permits. <br />6. That the minimum radii for all on-site drive curbs shall <br />meet the requirements of the Fire Marshal and the City <br />Engineer. <br />7. That there shall be no liquor stores, fast food <br />restaurants, electronic games arcades, convenience food <br />stores or any all night businesses allowed in the <br />shopping center. <br />8. That there shall be no truck deliveries, parking lot <br />sweeping or garbage pick up to the rear of the major <br />tenant/retail shop building between the hours of 10:00 <br />p.m. and 6:00 a.m. <br />9. That the permitted and conditionally permitted uses for <br />the complex shall be as shown on Exhibit B. <br />10. That a detailed parking lot and building lighting plan <br />shall be submitted for review by the Planning Director <br />prior to issuance of any building permits; rear building <br />lights shall be directed away from surrounding <br />properties, especially the residences to the east. <br />11. That the applicant shall relocate the existing bus <br />turn-out to a location acceptable to the City Engineer. <br />12. That the applicant shall submit a final design for the <br />bus stop area and submit it for review and approval of <br />the Planning Director prior to issuance of any building <br />permits. The applicant shall be responsible for the <br />installation and maintenance of said facility. The <br />necessary City easements shall be recorded for the <br />public facility to the satisfaction of the City <br />Attorney. <br />13. That no mechanical equipment, antennae, vents, blowers, <br />etc. be allowed to project above the roof parapet of any <br />of the proposed structures. <br />14. That at no time shall the storage of palettes, boxes, <br />packing materials, garbage, etc. be allowed in the open <br />asphalt areas to the rear of the major tenant/retail <br />shop structure or alleyway. <br />- 2 - <br />
