That the final grading plan for the tract shall show <br />driveway access for all lots and any trees proposed to <br />be removed within the entire subject site. <br />20. That all geologic and soils reports shall be recorded with <br />the Alameda County Recorder and that all site or lot specific <br />studies shall be recorded against each parcel when completed. <br />21. That there shall be no septic tanks on the site under <br />any conditions. <br />22. That the locations of all buildings shall be such that the <br />farthest exterior wall of the structure shall be within <br />150 ft. of an appropriately designed access road or such <br />alternate measures shall be taken to provide for fire <br />suppression as determined necessary by the Fire Chief. <br />23. That there shall~be a 360° ladder access to all buildings <br />on the subject property in order to enhance fire fighting <br />tactics unless this requirement is modified by the Fire <br />Chief. <br />24. That all landscaping introduced into the project shall be <br />of a fire retardant nature. <br />25. That a registered soils engineer acceptable to the City <br />shall review all on-site and off-site grading and improve- <br />ment plans for the development. When these plans are found <br />to be ici accordance with his recommendations, he shall submit <br />a written statement to the City to that effect. <br />
