That the final grading plan for the tract shall show driveway access for all lots and any trees proposed to be removed within the entire subject site. 20. That all geologic and soils reports shall be recorded with the Alameda County Recorder and that all site or lot specific studies shall be recorded against each parcel when completed. 21. That there shall be no septic tanks on the site under any conditions. 22. That the locations of all buildings shall be such that the farthest exterior wall of the structure shall be within 150 ft. of an appropriately designed access road or such alternate measures shall be taken to provide for fire suppression as determined necessary by the Fire Chief. 23. That there shall~be a 360° ladder access to all buildings on the subject property in order to enhance fire fighting tactics unless this requirement is modified by the Fire Chief. 24. That all landscaping introduced into the project shall be of a fire retardant nature. 25. That a registered soils engineer acceptable to the City shall review all on-site and off-site grading and improve- ment plans for the development. When these plans are found to be ici accordance with his recommendations, he shall submit a written statement to the City to that effect.
