Neither the DEIR nor the Final EIR states that the <br />Project will have significant impacts relating to recreation. <br />The DEIR's list on page 69 of significant unavoidable adverse <br />impacts of the Project does not include recreation impacts. <br />2. Findings. <br />a. Based on the foregoing facts, the City <br />Council finds that the Project does not have any significant <br />- -_ <br />adverse impact relating to recreation. <br />b. To the eztent that any recreation <br />impacts are significant, the City Council finds that the <br />criteria listed on page 79 of the DEIR and referenced on <br />page 23 of the Final EIR will substantially enhance the value <br />of the proposed park and substantially reduce any adverse <br />impact of the Project on recreation, and compliance with said <br />criteria shall become a "Condition of Approval" to the Project. <br />c. To the eztent that any recreational <br />impacts of the Project are significant, the City Council finds <br />that compliance with the above-referenced criteria, dedication <br />of an Alviso Adobe historical park, dedication of a <br />neighborhood park, provision of related greenways and paths as <br />set forth in the above-referenced mitigation measures, other <br />measures incorporated into this Project, and the mitigation <br />measures which will be imposed in connection with future <br />approvals necessary for development of the Project site, have <br />mitigated or will mitigate any adverse recreation impacts of <br />the Project to a level of insignificance. <br />35 <br />
