The DEIR <br />notes at page 70 that installation of these gas lines would be <br />the responsibility of the developer or the utility, depending <br />on the size of the lines. The DEIR notes that ezcavation for <br />utility lines would be subject to depth limitations relating to <br />buried archeological resources. <br />The DEIR indicates at page 70 that no mitigation <br />measures are included in the Project with respect to gas and <br />electricity supplies, and does not recommend any additional <br />mitigation measures. Neither the DEIR nor the Final EIR states <br />that the Project's impacts relating to gas and electricity will <br />be significant. The DEIR's list on page 89 of significant <br />unavoidable adverse effects of the Project does not include any <br />impacts relating to gas or electricity. <br />2. Findings. <br />a. Based on the DEIR, the absence of any <br />finding of significant adverse impact, and the other facts <br />cited above, the City Council finds that the Project and <br />subsequent development of the Project site will have no <br />significant adverse impact with respect to gas and electricity <br />supplies and services. <br />b. To the eztent that the Project could <br />have any significant adverse impact upon gas and electricity <br />services and supplies, the City Council finds that measures <br />incorporated into the Project and mitigation measures which <br />will be imposed in connection with future approvals which are <br />27 <br />
