2. Findings. <br />a. Based upon the Conclusions contained in <br />the DEIR, the City Council finds that adequate capacity is <br />available for the treatment and disposal of wastewater from the <br />proposed development along the Project site, and the City <br />Council finds that the wastewater impacts of the Project are <br />not significant. <br />b. To the eztent that wastewater impacts <br />could be significant, the City Council finds that Mitigation <br />Measure 1 listed on page 65 will substantially reduce the <br />impacts of this Project related to wastewater. The City <br />Council finds that said mitigation measure shall become a <br />"Condition of Approval" to the Project. <br />c. To the eztent that any impact of the <br />Project relating to waste water is significant, the City <br />Council finds that mitigation measure 1 as set forth on page 65 <br />of the DEIR, the other measures incorporated into this Project <br />and the mitigation measures which will be imposed in connection <br />with future approvals necessary for development of the Project <br />site, have mitigated or will mitigate vegetation and wildlife <br />habitat impacts of the Project to a level of insignificance. <br />J.
