19. The Open Space Management and Wildland Fire Protection Plan shall be modified <br />as follows: <br />a. The open space and residential uses shall be modified to conform to the <br />uses listed in PUD condition No. 2. <br />b. The entire language from PUD Condition No. 30, regarding raptor nests, <br />shall be included. <br />Said modifications shall be incorporated into a final edition of the Open Space <br />Management and Wildland Fire Protection Plan which shall be subject to the <br />review and approval by the Planning Director. <br />20. The installation, care, and maintenance of the vineyards shall be in accordance <br />with the "Integrated Pest Management Program" prepared by Michael A. <br />Gatzman, of Gatzman Consulting Services. <br />21. The building plans shall be modified to indicate that the copper material shall be <br />sealed/lined on the cupola and dormer roofs and on the gutters and downspouts. <br />22. A sample of the roof the material and color shall be submitted for the review and <br />approval by the Planning Director prior to installation. <br />23. The approved building colors and materials shall be indicated on the final building <br />permit plans. Any proposed revisions to these approved colors or materials must <br />be submitted for review and approval by the Planning Director prior to <br />painting/installation. <br />24. A color chip/sample of the proposed water tank color shall be subject to the final <br />review and approval by the Planning Director prior to installation. Unless <br />otherwise approved by the Planning Director, the water tank color shall be forest <br />green. <br />25. The posts of the Conlin deer fence shall be painted forest green to match the color <br />on the existing Conlin deer fence between this property and the adjacent Bordeaux <br />Country Estates subdivision. <br />26. All exterior lighting shall be directed downward and designed or shielded to not <br />shine on neighboring properties. The applicants shall submit a lighting plan with <br />the building permit plan set and include drawings and/or manufacturer's <br />specification sheets showing the size and types light fixtures proposed for the site <br />and exterior of the structures.
