Analysis of collisions should include but not be limited to such factors as crash location & type, primary collision factor, parties involved, age, and time of day. Compare collision statistics to regional and statewide trends. Based on analysis, recommend countermeasures for 5 specific high collision locations. Recommend procedures for periodic analysis of collision data and information sharing. Make recommendations for practices to improve and facilitate bicycle education, safety, and enforcement.
