Analysis of collisions should include but not be <br />limited to such factors as crash location & type, primary collision factor, <br />parties involved, age, and time of day. Compare collision statistics to <br />regional and statewide trends. Based on analysis, recommend <br />countermeasures for 5 specific high collision locations.
