Attachement E <br />PBS&J Proposal <br />Electronic versions in PDF format of the IS/MND will be available upon request. PBS&J will <br />submit twenty-five (25) copies of the CEQA document to the City of Pleasanton and Carollo <br />Engineers for internal distribution to other interested parties. <br />Task 5 Review. Public Comments and Prepare Response Memorandum <br />Upon completion of the public review period for the environmental documents, PBS&J will <br />review all comments submitted and will prepare written responses to all substantive comments <br />pertaining to the environmental review. These responses will be included in a Memorandum of <br />Responses to Comments and presented to fhe City of Pleasanton for consideration by the <br />agency decision-makers prior to their consideration of adopting the IS/MND. <br />Task 5 Work Products: <br />PBS&J will provide twenty (20) copies of the Memorandum of Responses to Comments. <br />Task 6 Prepare Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan (MMRP) <br />PBS&J will provide an administrative review copy of the Draft MMRP in advance of hearings on <br />the environmental documents. PBS&J will incorporate suggested revisions, as appropriate and <br />submit twenty (20) copies of the final MMRP to the City of Pleasanton and Carollo Engineers. <br />Task 6 Work Products: <br />PBS8~J will provide twenty (20) copies of the MMRP. <br />Task 7: Project Management <br />Mr. John Moynier, the Project Director, will oversee project preparation and provide project <br />management guidance. Mr. Dave Beauchamp, the Project Manager, is responsible for budget <br />management, ensure adherence to the schedule, and is responsible for quality control of the <br />final product. He will manage the preparation of the documents and handle the day-today <br />administration of the project. Mr. Beauchamp will keep City staff and Carollo Engineers <br />informed of the status of work on the environmental review process. Mr. Rick Hanson will have <br />senior review responsibilities with an emphasis on Quality Control and Assurance for Projects' <br />(QCAP) of all documents during the environmental review process. <br />~ PBS&J's program for Quality Control and Assurance for Projects (QCAP). It sets forth the minimum <br />standards of quality control to be applied on projects by all services. <br /> <br />
