Attachement E <br />PBSBJ Proposal <br />consult with DPH staff and provide that agency with appropriate environmental materials. <br />PBSBJ will develop any mitigation measures that will be applicable to construction or <br />operational activities. <br />Mandatory Findings of. Significance <br />PBSBJ will summarize any effects on those specific items related to biological and cultural <br />resources identified in each of these issue areas, and will provide substantial evidence or <br />discussions related to cumulative considerable impacts in the project vicinity. Additional, <br />discussions will summarize those issue items that could have substantial adverse affects human <br />beings as they relate the proposed project. <br />Other Items and Topics <br />The Initial Study will provide an assessment for potential impacts for all issues contained in the - <br />State of California's Appendix G: Environmental. Checklist. In addition to the key issues cited <br />above, PBSBJ will evaluate the project's effects on agricultural resources, mineral resources, <br />recreation, and develop a comprehensive section of significant findings. Although, we expect <br />none of these issues would be significantly affected. In addition, PBS&J will discuss the <br />potential for project impacts associated with potential changes in global climate conditions. <br />Task 3 Work Product: <br />PBSBJ will submit an Administrative Draft of each environmental document to the City of <br />Pleasanton and Carollo Engineers for review and comment. <br />Task 4 Prepare Environmental Documents for Public Review <br />Prepare "screencheck" drafts of the IS/MND for final review and clearance. PBSBJ will be <br />responsible for all public notification of circulated documents along with circulation of documents <br />to all appropriate local entities. The City of Pleasanton will have a copy available for public <br />review the administrative offices or library. The Notice of Completion (NOC) will also be <br />completed and PBSBJ will prepare a Notice of Intent to Adopt or for broader circulation. PBSBJ <br />will submit the CEQA documents to the State Clearinghouse for public circulation. <br />Task 4 Work Products: <br />Forty (40) copies of the CEQA document will be prepared and printed for public circulation <br />Fifteen copies will be sent to the State Clearinghouse for distribution to state agencies <br />7 <br />
