Deliverables: • Summary of ground control coordinates (one hard copy). • Electronic file referencing the record property boundary and existing _ easements (AutoCAD file). _ • Surveyed utility summary sheet with coordinates and description (Excel file). • Dip sheets (one hard copy for each manhole or catch basin). • Legal description and plat for newly acquired property/easement (one copy). • 9" x 9" color contact prints of aerial photography (two copies). • Digital planimetric/topographic map and digital terrain data (AutoCAD file). • TIFF image with corresponding TFW file (one file on CD-ROM). 4.2 Geotechnical: DCM will provide services as asub-consultant to assist in this task. The scope of work includes: • Research and site reconnaissance. • Permits, boring locations, and utility notifications. Assumes City will waive any encroachment permit fees and will provide for rights-of-access. • Subsurface investigation including 4 test borings (3 to a depth of 20 feet, 1 to a depth of 55 feet) and laboratory testing. Assumes that contaminated soil will not be encountered. • Prepare draft and final geotechnical report. • Review of 90 percent plans and specifications. Deliverables: • Draft Geotechnical Investigation Report (2-hard copies). • Final Geotechnical Investigation Report (5 hard copies). 4.3 Potholing: EXARO Technologies will provide services as asub-consultant to assist in this task.
