Deliverables: • Agenda and meeting meetings (electronic). 2.0 CEQA, Utility Coordination, & Permitting: 2.1 CEQA: PGS&J will provide services as asub-consultant to assist in this task. The scope of work is included as Attachment E. 2.2 Utility Coordination: Engineer will contact affected utility companies and obtain their existing utility information for incorporation into the design documents. Engineer will also attend meetings with utilities to coordinate design as required. Utilities assumed to be affected by this project are PG&E, Pacific Bell, Zone 7, City sewer, and City water. Engineer shall prepare application for new PG&E service (does not include application fees). Deliverables: • PG&E new service application. 2.3 Permitting: Engineer will coordinate and obtain City building permits (City will be responsible for permit fees) for incorporation into the Contract Documents. The incorporation of any other permits is not included in the budget. Since level of effort is unknown at this time, a suggested allowance for performing task has been included in the proposed budget. Deliverables: • City Building Permit. 3.0 Land Acquisition: 3.1 Land Acquisition: Associated Right of Way Services (AR/WS) will provide services as asub-consultant to assist in this task. The scope of work includes: • Appraisal and acquisition consulting related to obtaining permanent and/or temporary easements from CalTrans. Deliverables: • Easements 4.0 Field Investigations: 4.1 Survey: Towill will provide services as asub-consultant to assist in this task. The scope of work includes: • Ground control survey necessary for photogrammetric mapping of the pump station site. • Location of the property boundary and existing easements as indicated within Preliminary Title Report provided by the City.
