• Swine and large fowl, e.g., geese, turkeys, etc., may not be kept on <br />Parcel "A" because it does not meet the five-acre minimum lot size <br />required by the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan. <br />b. Conditional Uses: The following uses shall be permitted on all lots covered <br />by this PUD Development Plan approval upon the granting of a Conditional <br />Use Permit {CUP) in accordance with the provisions of the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code, unless otherwise noted on the following page: <br />• Nursing home for not more than six patients; <br />• Non-exempt home occupations conducted in accordance with Chapter <br />18.104, Home Occupations, of the Pleasanton Municipal Code; and, <br />• Large family day care home defined as greater than 8-children not <br />including children of the day care owner/operator. <br />d. Development Standards for Primary Structures: The following building <br />setback and height standards shall apply to the primary structures and <br />additions to primary structures on these lots covered by this PUD <br />Development Pian approval: <br />• Frontyard Building Setback - 30-feet <br />• Interior and Street Sideyazd Building Setback -15-feet <br />• Rearyard Building Setback - 30-feet <br />• Maximum Height -Two stories and 30' 0" for Lots 1 through 9, a <br />maximum height of 25-feet for Lots 10 through 13 and Parcel "A", and <br />a single-story only requirement for Lots 10 through 13 and Pazcel "A". <br />• Maximum Floor Area Ratio (FAR) - 25°k or 5,000 square feet, <br />exclusive of garage area, whichever is less. Gazage floor area over 700 <br />square feet shall be incorporated in the floor area ratio. <br />e. Development Standazds for Accessory Structures: <br />• Rearyard Setback -10-feet <br />• Interior Sideyard -10-feet <br />• Street Sideyard for Corner Lots -15-feet <br />• Maximum height -One-Story and 15-feet <br />(Note: These setback standards shall also apply to swimming pools and <br />spas.
