Based on our earlier collaborations, we can be <br />confident of the professional caliber and timeliness of their work, and we offer you a team in every <br />sense of the word, including shared perspectives, efficient communications, and common work, <br />practices. <br />In the interest of presenting a proposal to you as rapidly as possible, we have not included firm <br />qualifications or staff biographies. We know Pleasanton is familiar with our team through our prior <br />work for you and qualifications submitted recently for another assignment. However, if Greenbrier <br />would like additional information, we will be pleased to provide it to them. <br />~,, <br />BUDGETS <br />• I Deliverables <br />The scope of work outlined above includes delivery of the following products: <br />Administrative Draft SEIR <br />Draft SEIR (for circulation) <br />Following receipt of comments on the Draft SEIR, and agreement regarding scope and budget for <br />subsequent tasks, the following worl~ products would be prepared: <br />^ Administrative Draft Final SEIR (Responses to Comments) <br />^ Final SEIR (Responses to Comments) <br />^ Findings (if needed and desired) <br />^ Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program <br />j • ; Bud~etin~ Consideratlons <br />We have prepared this initial scope on an expedited basis in response to the applicant's interest in <br />moving forward with the SEIR as rapidly as possible. <br />The quick response has meant that not a]] of our technical personnel have been able to visit the site, <br />and not al] of their questions or ours have been definitively answered. We have proceeded with a <br />budget and a schedule based not only on what we ltnow but also on assumptions and estimates where <br />information is currently lacking or hasn't yet been provided to us. <br />Our suggestion is to proceed on the basis of the provisional budget presented here with the <br />understanding that after approximately one month, the City will have designated a project manager <br />to superintend and assist with the CEQA review, and we will be able to work with that person to <br />Proposal Supplement to EIR, Happy Valley Specific Plan Poge 7 <br />
