The outcome of this course <br />correction could be either a higher or (less ]iltely) a lower budget. <br />I • ~ DEIR Tentative Budget ~ <br />For the project as we currently understand it and the basic scope of work outlined in this proposal, we <br />ask that you allocate a tentative budget of $93,500. <br />This budget would cover professional time and expenses through the completion of the DEIR with <br />the following exceptions: <br />^ Meetings with staff in excess of the first three; any public meetings or hearings. <br />^ Visual simulations in excess of the first five. <br />^ Focused surveys for special status species (if needed; updated wetland delineation. <br />^ Technical work on topics not addressed in the scope above (i.e., tralTc, air quality, infrastructure, <br />etc.). <br />^ Unforeseen circumstances, such as a change in City policy direction affecting criteria for <br />evaluating planning consistency or a decision to reference the Genera] Plan update as well as the <br />currently-operative General Plan. <br />^ Report printing, CD preparation if desired, and distribution costs associated with DEIR <br />publication.
