ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br /> The CONSULTANT shall provide miscellaneous consulting <br /> services, not stipulated elsewhere in this AGREEMENT, <br /> when requested by the CLIENT. <br /> <br /> The CONSULTANT shall proceed with ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> only following receipt of a written authorization from <br /> the CLIENT to proceed; such authorization shall specify <br /> the work to be performed, estimated cost of the ser- <br /> vices, and time for completion. Each authorization, <br /> after execution by both parties to this AGREEMENT, <br /> shall become a supplement to and a part thereof. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 2 <br /> <br />As consideration for providing the services enumerated in <br />ARTICLE 1, the CLIENT shall pay the CONSULTANT: <br /> <br />A. For PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SERVICES, as described in Arti- <br /> cle 1A, the amount of the CONSULTANT'S salary costs (as <br /> defined in Article 4) expended for the services, multi- <br /> plied by a factor of 2.2, plus direct expenses in con- <br /> nection herewith. Unless specifically authorized bv <br /> the CLIENT, the total pa~vment to the CONSULTANT under <br /> this paragraph shall not exceed $32,750 (Thirty-two <br /> thousand seven hundred fifty dollars. This figure is <br /> an estimated value of the labor and expense cost of the <br /> professional services enumerated in Article 1A of this <br /> AGREEMENT; a summary of the total estimated labor and <br /> expense cost is contained in Attachment I. <br /> <br />B. For Construction Management Services as defined in AR- <br /> TICLE 1B and Onsite Review Services as defined in <br /> ARTICLE1C, the amount of the CONSULTANT salary costs <br /> (as defined in ARTICLE 4) expended for the services, <br /> multiplied by a factor of 2.2, plus direct expenses in <br /> connection therewith. Unless specifically authorized <br /> by the CLIENT, the total payment to the CONSULTANT <br /> under this paragraph shall not exceed $160,250 (One <br /> hundred sixty thousand two hundred fifty dollars. This <br /> figure is an estimated value of the labor and expense <br /> cost of the professional services enumerated in <br /> ARTICLE 1B and 1C, and as summarized in ATTACHMENT II. <br /> <br />C. For ADDITIONAL SERVICES not specifically provided for <br /> in this AGREEMENT, the basis for payment shall be in <br /> the amount of the CONSULTANT'S salary cost (as defined <br /> in ARTICLE 4) expended for this services, multiplied bv <br /> a factor of 2.2, plus direct expenses in connection <br /> <br />SJR1/057 -7- <br /> <br /> <br />
