d. Contractor schedule progress summaries <br /> e. Contractor work force staffing levels <br /> f. Equipment test reports <br /> <br /> 14. Coordinate the work of inspection bureaus and lab- <br /> oratories used in the inspection and testing of <br /> materials used in the construction. Receive re- <br /> ports by such laboratories or bureaus on the mate- <br /> rials tests and take necessary remedial actions to <br /> initiate correction of defective work. <br /> <br /> 15. Receive, review, prepare recommendations regard- <br /> ing, and submit to CLIENT monthly pa!~ent requests <br /> for the contractors. <br /> <br /> 16. Assist the CLIENT in making interim and final in- <br /> spections of the work and submit a report upon <br /> which final settlement and termination of con- <br /> struction contracts and material or equipment pur- <br /> chase orders can be based. <br /> <br /> 17. At the completion of the PROJECT, prepare a final <br /> report, including a summary of final contract and <br /> total project costs. <br /> <br /> 18. Maintain a project library onsite. <br /> <br /> 19. Provide, as required, continued coordination with <br /> all utilities, governmental agencies, labor <br /> unions, or other organizations that may affect the <br /> PROJECT. <br /> <br /> 20. Recommend CLIENT acceptance of completed work. <br /> <br /> 21. Assist the CLIENT in the checkout and prove-in of <br /> the facility, as requested. <br /> <br /> 22. At the conclusion of each construction contract, <br /> prepare a contract closeout report and submit <br /> ten (10) copies to the CLIENT. <br /> <br />C. ONSITE REVIEW SERVICES <br /> <br /> 1. If requested, furnish the onsite quality control <br /> personnel to provide day-to-day REVIEW of the work <br /> as defined in ARTICLE 4, and keep records, maps, <br /> and plans necessary for the preparation of record <br /> drawings. Upon completion and acceptance of each <br /> contract, submit to the CLIENT a contract closeout <br /> report that includes the following: <br /> <br /> o Summary of contract chronology <br /> o Schedule progress summary <br /> <br />SJR1/057 -6- <br /> <br /> <br />
