Review existing construction and equipment con- <br /> tract procurement and administration procedures <br /> and work with the CLIENT to implement changes in <br /> those procedures that will increase project cost <br /> efficiency. <br /> <br /> 15. Work with the CLIENT to develop and implement <br /> project reporting systems. <br /> <br /> 16. Review the CLIENT'S project scheduling objectives <br /> and work with the CLIENT to develop detailed <br /> scheduling procedures that best meet the project <br /> requirements. Work with the CLIENT to schedule <br /> the work or otherwise implement the specified <br /> scheduling procedures. <br /> <br /> 17. Prepare and update, as necessary, master schedules <br /> and detailed contract schedules. <br /> <br /> 18.
