4. That the site development plan include all required <br />information to design and construct site grading, <br />paving, drainage and utilities.. <br />5. That the paving sections for the parking and drive <br />areas be designed on the basis of an R-Value test and <br />Traffic Index to carry the anticipated traffic loads. <br />This design shall be subject to the approval of the <br />Director of Engineering Services. The minimum section <br />shall be 2" A.C. over 5" A.B. The minimum A.C. pave- <br />ment slope shall be 18. <br />6. That the developer's contractor obtain an encroachment <br />permit from the City prior to construction. <br />7. That the applicant pay any and all fees that the pro- <br />perty may be subject to. <br />Section 2.
