PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1587 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR THE <br />UNITED PRESBYTERIAN COMMUNITY CHURCH <br />WHEREAS, the United Presbyterian Community Church has applied for a <br />conditional use permit to allow the construction and use of <br />church facilities at 4300 Mirador Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single Family and <br />P (Public and Institutional) Districts; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on this appli- <br />cation on November 9, 1977, when all maps, drawings, documents <br />and staff reports were reviewed; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made the following findings: <br />A. That the proposed location of the conditional use in <br />i in accord with the objectives of this chapter and the <br /> purposes of the district in which the site is located. <br />B. That the proposed location of the conditional use and <br /> the conditions under which it would be operated or <br /> maintained will not be detrimental to the public <br /> health, safety or welfare or be materially injurious <br /> to properties and improvements within the vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br /> each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves UP-77-17, subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the <br /> site plan, elevations and landscape plan, Exhibit A <br />on <br /> , <br />file with the Planning Department. <br />2. That approval of this conditional use permit is subject <br /> to all conditions contained in Design Review Board <br /> Resolution No. R-77-49, attached hereto and made part <br /> of this case by reference. <br />3. That the developer submit a building permit survey <br /> and site development plan in accordance with the Survey <br /> Ordinance (Article 3, Chapter 3, Title II) and that <br /> these plans be approved by the Director of Engineering <br /> Services prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br />
