7. That all trash and refuse be kept at all times <br />inside of enclosed areas constructed of materials <br />architecturally compatible with the main structure. <br />8. That all trees used in landscaping be a minimum <br />of 15 gallons in size and all shrubs a minimum of <br />5 gallons. <br />9. That the southernmost freestanding sign on Santa <br />Rita Road within the Valley Plaza Shopping Center <br />be repaired to its original condition prior to <br />issuance of a building permit. <br />10. That the building be equipped with an alarm system, <br />the type to be approved by the Police Division and <br />that this system be installed prior to final <br />building inspection. <br />11.
