PLANNING COMMISSION City of Pleasanton RESOLUTION N0. 1414 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE ADOPTION OF THE FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLANS FOR THE FINAL PHASE OF PUD-73-2. WHEREAS, Valley Realty has submitted final development plans for Building No. 8 in the final phase of PUD-73-2; and WHEREAS, the property is located at the northwest corner of Valley Avenue and Santa Rita Road; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing ~,on this request on May 12, 1976 and has reviewed pertinent (maps, documents and testimony. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that the final phase proposal corresponds to the approved preliminary develop- ment plan for PUD-73-2, the design of the proposed building is compatible with existing buildings in the center and Ilsufficient landscaping and parking are being provided. Section 2. The Planning Commission recommends to the City Council the approval of the final development phase of PUD-73-2, subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development be substantially as shown on the site plan and elevations, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. 2. That all applicable conditions of Planning Com- mission Resolution No. 1265, attached hereto, and made a part of this case by reference be complied with. 3. That the final design of all store fronts in the building be submitted to the Planning Department for approval. 4. That 6 inch high concrete curbs be installed where pavement abuts landscaping. 5. That the emergency phone number of the fire depart- ment be placed next to all phones on the site immediately following construction. 6. That sufficient area be provided in front of all parking spaces to allow for the overhang of automobiles.
