PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1414 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY <br />COUNCIL THE ADOPTION OF THE FINAL DEVELOPMENT <br />PLANS FOR THE FINAL PHASE OF PUD-73-2. <br />WHEREAS, Valley Realty has submitted final development <br />plans for Building No. 8 in the final phase of PUD-73-2; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is located at the northwest corner <br />of Valley Avenue and Santa Rita Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing <br />~,on this request on May 12, 1976 and has reviewed pertinent <br />(maps, documents and testimony. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission finds that the final <br />phase proposal corresponds to the approved preliminary develop- <br />ment plan for PUD-73-2, the design of the proposed building <br />is compatible with existing buildings in the center and <br />Ilsufficient landscaping and parking are being provided. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission recommends to the <br />City Council the approval of the final development phase of <br />PUD-73-2, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown <br />on the site plan and elevations, Exhibit A, on <br />file with the Planning Department. <br />2. That all applicable conditions of Planning Com- <br />mission Resolution No. 1265, attached hereto, and <br />made a part of this case by reference be complied <br />with. <br />3. That the final design of all store fronts in the <br />building be submitted to the Planning Department <br />for approval. <br />4. That 6 inch high concrete curbs be installed where <br />pavement abuts landscaping. <br />5. That the emergency phone number of the fire depart- <br />ment be placed next to all phones on the site <br />immediately following construction. <br />6. That sufficient area be provided in front of all <br />parking spaces to allow for the overhang of <br />automobiles. <br />
