MEMORANDUM April ~8;k~ 1976 TO: Planning Director FROM: Director of Engineering Services`° SUBJECT: Report on Tentative Map, Tract 3728, 'as required by Section 2-2.07, Article 1, Chapter T,' Title II of the Ordinance Code. This report represents consideration only `by the Engineering Services Department and Fire Department and d©es not include any comments from other City departments or interested ~-utside agencies. Street Geometries The street geometries shown on this tentative map are acceptable to this department as shown. The 32 £t. street width shown•on the tentative map is less than the minimum required, but since it wi1T be the-.east portion of a previously approved and constructed street pattern~.we recommend approval with the provision that no parking be allowed on either side of the street. The left-turn lane afford a left turn traffic and will d~ of Santa Rita Road the development of Engineer. in Sata Rita Road as shown on the map-will movement into the development for northbound 'crease traffic congestion at the intersection and Black Avenue. It should be constructed with the tract and be to the satisfaction of the City Sanitary and Storm Sewer and Water system These systems are extensions of existing planned installations and are acceptable to this department. Approval should be withheld pending final design. Electric Power Distribution and Communication Service System All electrical, telephone, and other communication facilities shall be installed underground except for pad mounted transformers and necessary splice cabinets. Street Lighting Syatem Street lights will be needed at various intervals within this level- opment. The developer shall be responsible for providing the necessary street lighting. Fire Hydrant Location At least one additional fire hydrant will be required within this. development.' The location will be determined as part of the improvement plans.
