PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1416 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TENTATIVE <br />TRACT MAP 3728. <br />WHEREAS, Frank Auf der Maur has applied for approval for a <br />four-lot commercial subdivision located on the west side of Santa <br />Rita Road approximately 300 feet south of Black Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a hearing on this <br />application on May 12, 1976 and has reviewed pertinent maps, <br />drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION resolves the <br />following: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission hereby approves Tenta- <br />tive Tract Map 3728, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the subdivision be substantially as shown on <br />Tentative Map Tract 3728, Exhibit A, on file with <br />the Planning Department. <br />2. That prior to the final subdivision map on the sub- <br />ject property being filed for approval by the City <br />Council, the proponent apply for and be granted a <br />variance by the Board of Adjustment for the creation <br />of two lots (Parcels 1 and 2) which do not have <br />frontage on a public street. <br />3.
