u <br />MEMORANDUM <br />May 5, 1976 <br />TO: Planning Director <br />FROM- Director of Engineering Services <br />SUBJECT: Report on Tentative Map, Tract 3606, Pleasanton <br />Valley, Unit 19. <br />This is a refile of the tentative map of the same number and name <br />that was denied by the Planning Commission on October 8,.1975. <br />This map is substantially the same as the previous proposal with <br />the exception that it has two less lots (39) due to redesign for <br />improved lot configuration. <br />Street Geometries <br />The street geometries as shown on this map confo <br />acceptable. "B Way" adjacent to Woodthrush Park <br />curb to curb width. The sidewalk along the park <br />deleted and the right-of-way width reduced to 42 <br />8 ft. walkway withim the park and adjacent to "B <br />to replace this deleted sidewalk. <br />rm to-code and are' <br />.should maintain a 36' <br />frontage may be <br />feet. Final approval should be <br />withheld pending final design. <br />Fire Protection <br />The number, type, and location of fire hydrants within this tract <br />are subject to final design to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br />Street Lighting <br />The developer shall be responsible for providing the necessary street <br />lighting within this tract as directed by the City Engineer. <br />Electric Power Distribution and Communication Service Systems <br />The developer shall be responsible for providing the necessary under- <br />ground installations. <br />Easements <br />All in-tract easements shall be granted as public service easements. <br />
