PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1418 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING <br />TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 3606 (Refile). <br />WHEREAS, Morrison Homes has applied for approval to <br />subdivide approximately nine acres of land located on the <br />northwest side of Woodthrush Road between Woodthrush Park <br />and Sanderling way, into 39 separate parcels; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single <br />Family) District; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a hearing on this <br />application on May 12, 1976, and reviewed pertinent maps, <br />documents and drawings; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the tentative <br />map now meets the requirements of the City of Pleasanton <br />subdivision ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves Tentative <br />Tract Map 3606 (Refile) subject to the following: <br />1.
