on 5" A.B. The minimum A.C. pavement <br />slope shall be 1%. <br />10. That all utilities required to serve this <br />development be installed underground. <br />11. That the developer install street frontage <br />improvements per Ordinance and to the <br />satisfaction of the Director of Engineering <br />Services. These improvements may include, <br />but are not necessarily limited to, grading, <br />water facilities, street lighting, under- <br />ground utilities and traffic control devices. <br />12. That the developer enter into an agreement <br />with the City whereby he agrees to construct <br />or finance the construction of street <br />improvements adjacent to the site to the <br />extent required by the Subdivision Ordinance <br />and not contained in Condition ~kll above, <br />at such time in the future as it is deemed <br />necessary by the Director of Engineering <br />Services. Said improvements shall include <br />but are not necessarily limited to curb and <br />gutter, sidewalk and sanitary sewer <br />facilities. This agreement shall be <br />executed and approved by the City Council <br />prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br />13. That the developer's contractor obtain an <br />encroachment permit from the County prior to <br />the beginning of construction. <br />14. That the site be kept free of fire hazards <br />from the start of construction to final <br />inspection and that the Fire Division <br />-CF- <br />
