That the developer be advised that sufficien <br />sanitary sewer connections are not now <br />available to serve the subject property, <br />that the time schedule when service would <br />become available is uncertain (if ever) and <br />that a building permit cannot be issued for <br />construction on the property until sewage <br />treatment capacity is available or a private <br />sewage disposal system approved by the City <br />Council. That the approval of the develop- <br />ment with a private sewage disposal system <br />does not entitle the development to any <br />priority for a sewer connection. That <br />the development will be on an approved <br />private development system for an unknown <br />period of time, perhaps many years. <br />16. That the applicant enter into an agreement <br />with the City, approved by the City Attorney <br />which guarantees that the landscaping <br />included in this project will be maintained <br />in a healthful, attractive and weed-free <br />manner. Said agreement shall be recorded <br />and run with the land for the duration of <br />the existence of the structures located on <br />said property. <br />Section 2. That this resolution become effective fifteen (15) <br />days after passage and adoption. <br />-5-. <br />
