to the developer. <br />4. That the developer show and reserve on the <br />improvement plans a 23 ft. reserve strip <br />for the future right-of-way dedication on <br />Stanley Boulevard. <br />5. That the improvement plans show existing <br />trees, street lights, and other features <br />along the Stanley Boulevard frontage of <br />the subject property. <br />6. That the developer enter into an agreement <br />to include this parcel in the existing <br />storm drainage agreement prepared for the <br />property located at 3440 Stanley Boulevard. <br />7; That the developer submit a building permit <br />survey and a site development plan in <br />accordance with the Survey Ordinance (Article <br />3, Chapter 3, Title II) and that these plans <br />be approved by the Director of Engineering <br />Services prior to the issuance of a buildint; <br />permit. <br />$. That the site development plan include all <br />required information to design and construct <br />site grading, paving and drainage. <br />9. That the paving sections for the parking <br />and drive areas be designed on the basis of <br />an R-Value test and a traffic index to <br />carry the anticipated traffic loads. This <br />desi„n shall be subject to the approval <br />of the Director of Engineering Services. <br />The minimum paving section shall be 2" A.C. <br />-3- <br />
