NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Conditional Use Permit be granted to Frank <br />Auf der ,Maur for the proposed automobile sales agency <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the design of the development be as <br /> approved by the Design Review Board in <br /> their consideration of Case Z-76-117. <br />2. That a minimum of 25 customer and employee <br /> parking spaces shall be provided to the <br /> rear of the building to prevent the potentia <br /> nuisance created by overflow customer <br /> parking along Stanley Boulevard or in <br /> neighboring fields; that the rear portion <br /> of the development be expanded if necessary <br /> to accommodate these additional parking <br /> spaces; that if new automobiles are to be <br /> stored on the site, a paved storage area <br /> large enough to accon^.lodate the vehicles <br /> be provided at the rear of the building, but <br /> that the apalicant may use a graveled and <br /> oiled area for new automobiles in lieu of <br /> the paved area for one year; and that the <br /> final design of this parking and storage <br /> area be submitted to the Planning Department <br /> for approval prior to issuance of a building <br /> permit. <br /> 3, That any damage to street improvements now <br /> existing or done during construction on the <br />II subject property be repaired at full expense <br />-2- <br />
