PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1431 <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF AN AUTO- <br />MOBILE AND SALES FACILITY ON THE PARCEL OF LAND <br />IMMEDIATELY EAST OF 3440 STANLEY BOULEVARD IN <br />THE C-S (COMMERCIAL SERVICE) DISTRICT. <br />WHEREAS, Frank Auf der Maur, the applicant, has requested a <br />Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction <br />and operation of an automobile sales agency on a <br />property located immediately east of 3440 Stanley <br />Boulevard in the C-S (Commercial Service) District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on <br />the request on July 14, 1976, received the staff <br />report and heard testimony; and <br />WHEREAS, the Commission finds: <br />a. That the proposed location of the conditiona <br />use is in accordance with the object of this <br />chapter and purposes of the District in <br />which the site is located. <br />b. That the proposed location of the condition <br />use and the conditions under which it is to <br />be operated and maintained would not be <br />detrimental to the public's health, safety, <br />or welfare or materially injurious to the <br />properties or improvements in the vicinity. <br />c. That the proposed conditional use will comp <br />with each of the applicable provisions of <br />this chapter. <br />-1- <br />
