(2) Provide working space (including) heat, light and <br /> <br /> ventilation), electric current and outlets, and a <br /> telephone with cord length enabling it to reach the <br /> computer maintenance/operator panel for use of <br /> Multisonics' maintenance personnel, free of charge and <br /> with ready access. <br /> <br /> (3) Replace or clean all fan filters, clean hard disk <br /> heads, and replace hard disk filters, if required more <br /> frequently than bi-monthly, as required in writing by <br /> Multisonics. <br /> <br /> (4) Provide Multisonics with a designated employee or <br /> <br /> employees as maintenance contacts and supply all <br /> operating and routine physical maintenance supplies <br /> such as, but not limited to, printer paper, ribbons, <br /> ink, disk cartridges, fan filters, and hard disk <br /> filters, not part of preventive and remedial <br /> maintenance per Section 1 (C) (4). <br /> <br /> B. Without prior approval of Multisonics, the City shall not <br />perform, nor attempt to perform, repairs or modifications to the <br />equipment which is subject to maintenance under the terms of this <br />Agreement. <br /> <br /> - 5 - <br /> <br /> <br />
