(7) Multisonics shall provide, on Multisonics' manufactured <br /> equipment, repair of the communication modules supplied <br /> in the primary traffic signal controller and the <br /> detector sampling station unit internal to the <br /> intersection cabinet. <br /> <br /> Multisonics will respond after notification from the <br /> City that a problem exists and after all other possible <br /> effort has been made to eliminate problems outside the <br /> communication modules and sampling station units. <br /> <br /> Costs for such services under this subsection shall be <br /> billable at prevailing Multisonics rates, as shown in <br /> Annex II. <br /> <br /> D. Multisonics may install, on equipment covered by this <br />Agreement, at its option and expense, engineering changes expected to <br />increase equipment reliability without decreasing its functional <br />performance. Such changes will be installed on a mutually agreed <br />schedule. <br /> <br />2. RESPONSIBILITIES OF CITY <br /> <br /> A. The City shall: <br /> <br /> (1) Allow Multisonics full and free access to the equipment <br /> for purposes of remedial and preventive maintenance, <br /> subject only to City's security and safety regulations. <br /> <br /> - 4 - <br /> <br /> <br />
