B. Maintenance service will be provided during regular <br />maintenance hours, defined as eight (8) hours per day, between 8:00 <br />A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. <br /> <br /> C. It is understood and agreed that in providing maintenance <br />service, Multisonics shall: <br /> <br /> (1) Provide scheduled preventive maintenance at times <br /> mutually acceptable to the City and Multisonics. Such <br /> maintenance shall include one call every two (2) <br /> months, comprising diagnostic check and accomplishment <br /> of any remedial maintenance required to correct defects <br /> disclosed by such calls. Multisonics will perform <br /> preventative maintenance on an agreeable time within <br /> the first two weeks of the following months: December, <br /> February, April, June, August, and October. <br /> Multisonics will, upon request, specify the amount of <br /> time required to perform preventive maintenance. <br /> Telemetry equipment located at traffic signal <br /> controllers shall not require preventive maintenance. <br /> Preventive maintenance shall include replacing or <br /> cleaning all fan filters, cleaning hard disk heads, and <br /> installing hard disk filters. <br /> <br /> (2) Provide, on request, telephone assistance to City's <br /> personnel in attempting diagnosis and repair of <br /> malfunctions. If such diagnosis requires remote <br /> terminal access from Multisonics to City's equipment, <br /> telephone charges shall be borne by Multisonics. <br /> <br /> - 2 - <br /> <br /> <br />
