10. That trailer and equipment rentals on <br />said premises shall not be permitted. <br />11. That said site will not be used to ad- <br />vertise the sale or storage of autos, boats <br />or any other unrelated items. <br />12. A detailed site drainage plan must be <br />submitted to and approved by the City Engineer <br />prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />13. That no other free-standing signs except <br />those approved as submitted will be allowed. <br />Nor will any signs or banners or flags, etc. <br />be attached to any light standard, the struct <br />or the canopies be permitted. <br />14. That auto towing facilities and equipment <br />and other non-related services shall be pro- <br />hibited on said premises, said condition is <br />hereby applicable to the property owner and <br />to the lessee of said property. <br />15. Every lessee of said property is to re- <br />ceive a copy of these conditions. <br />16. That the illumination of the canopy and <br />methods of shielding the flourescent lamps <br />shall be subject to the approval of the Dir- <br />ector of Community Development. <br />17. That the design of the on-site light <br />standards shall be submitted to this depart- <br />ment for the approval of the Director of <br />Community Development. <br />18. That the applicant provide street trees <br />in accordance with the Public Works Department <br />19. In regard to other signing, such as <br />Blue Chip stamps, service authorization <br />signs, credit card signs and signs placed <br />in windows, etc., prior to placement shall <br />be submitted to this department for approval. <br />20. That said service station, if abandoned <br />for 90-days, will be removed by the property <br />owner or the oil company at their expense. <br />If this is not done by the responsible parties <br />the City will have the right to remove said <br />station with the cost being levied against <br />said property owner or the oil company. Also <br />that should another use be designated for the <br />site after removal of said station, the pro- <br />cedures of the Design Review Ordinance shall <br />be applicable to the new use and be concluded <br />within the same 90-day period. <br />-2- <br />
