PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1184 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton approving Z-71-48. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Humble Oil and Refining <br />Company for site plan, landscaping and <br />architectural review to allow the construction <br />of an ENCO service station to be located at <br />the southeasterly corner of Valley Avenue <br />and Hopyard Road in a C-N (Commercial Neigh- <br />borhood) District, Pleasanton, has come <br />before this Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on this <br />application and has examined pertinent draw- <br />ings, documents and testimony. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Z-71-48 be approved subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. That the applicant adhere to the archi- <br />tectural elevations and materials as shown <br />on the submitted plans labeled "Exhibit A'" <br />2. That the applicant submit color samples <br />of the materials to be used on the exterior <br />for approval by the Director of Community <br />Development. <br />3. That the applicant adhere to the land- <br />scaping plans as shown on the submitted plans <br />labeled "Exhibit A". <br />4. That the maximum height from the bottom <br />of the pump-island canopy to the top of the <br />pump-island slab be 13' 6". <br />5. That all parking spaces be striped and <br />bumper stopped. <br />6. That all raised planter areas be concrete <br />7. That a six-inch concrete curb be provided <br />where landscaping abuts paving. <br />8. That the applicant submit an on-site <br />lighting program for review by this departmen <br />9. That the operation of said auto service <br />station be restricted to the sale of automoti <br />products and the service and repair of motor <br />vehicles. <br />
